ABOUT THE ARTIST:
ALLEN BRANDENBURGER
PHOTOGRAPHER'S
STATEMENT
As an industrial designer, I find visual stimulation in the design and patterns
of the physical environment. This has taken my photographic work on two parallel
but very different paths. I have always entertained a great fascination for landscape
and landforms, especially places that retain a sense of wildness; but I am also
extremely interested in urban, industrial, architectural, structural and transport
content. In capturing imagery in these areas and in the exciting intersections
where they often meet and frequently collide, I document an innate overarching
order as well as the inherent excitement of perception.
